Our Company Background

 The company was originally started by Alan Upson in the 80’s and in 1991 was joined by son John Upson, . During this period the company has worked for private clients, MOD, local Governement, Church of England, Methodist Church, private developers and SME’s.

The projects undertaken include extensions, country houses and estates, new Churches, developments, work in national  museums, gyms, restaurant and shop fit outs, listed buildings and barn conversions.

The company has undertaken numerous prestigious builds and refurbishments working with Architects such as Robert Adam Architecture, Adams + Collingwood Architects,  Radley House Partnership, Timothy Bennett Architect and Caris Architecture.

Our Ethos

All projects in the construction industry create a challenge and will all have there own problems. It is the primary objective of Floreat Project Management to ensure that as many of these are ironed out prior to the start and highlighted where possible and the outset and when they do arise to help our clients through these with minimal costs. We achieve this in a number of ways including a team approach to every project.

Managing Director

John’s role is to make sure the business runs smoothly. John will usually deal with new business enquiries and will often be your first point of contact. He is passionate about design and attention to detail  in everything we do.


Operations Director

Andrew’s is key in the daily and strategic management of the business, ensuring that the back office is run efficiently and to help ensure we maintain the high standards our clients expect.


Interior Designer

Gill is a qualified Interior Designer whose speciality is space planning. She believes that form must follow function as it is essential that the spaces in your project work and look the way you want them.
